WE do not require anyone to register or provide information in order to view or navigate throughout our website. The only event wherein we gather personal information, such as names, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, etc. is when it is voluntarily provided by a visitor to this website. An example of this event could be when someone makes a financial donation online. Such information would be solely used by us or other entities needed to complete the transaction involved in the operation of the website for strictly internal purposes.

We do not sell, rent or lease or provide our donor list to any third party entity outside of our organization. We may, form time-to-time contact you about a special project or event related to our nonprofit that may be of interest to you. In those circumstances, your personal information (email, name, address or telephone number) is not transferred to the third party outside of our nonprofit. Occasionally, we hire other companies to provide limited services on our behalf. We will only provide those the minimum information they need to perform the service for which they are hired. Most of the time, this is to deliver a direct mailing or email. Such outside companies are required to maintain confidentiality of your personal information, are also prohibited from using that information for any other than the specific service for which they are hired and from using the information for any other purpose than what is specified in our contract for service with that outside company.

If you choose to make a donation by mail, we suggest that you send it certified added a return receipt so that you are assured of know the person who received it.

Refund Policy

Donations to RTC Missions, Inc. are non-refundable. This is because we are selling you any merchandise and, as such, there is a “no return policy in effect”.
