September 2, 2026 Mission Team Now Forming

RTC Missions is currently recruiting doctors, nurses, healthcare professionals, pastors, photographers, videographers, and volunteers to serve at the RTC Mission Hospital in Homa Bay County, Kenya.

This 12-day mission experience allows you to work alongside Kenyan healthcare professionals while providing medical care, surgical support, community outreach, Christian discipleship, and encouragement to families throughout western Kenya.

Whether you have medical training or simply a heart to serve, there is a place for you on the team.

Why Serve with RTC Missions?

A medical mission trip is about more than healthcare. It is about building relationships, sharing the love of Christ, and supporting a ministry that serves communities year-round.

Volunteers have the opportunity to:

  • Assist with patient care and medical outreach

  • Support surgical and hospital teams

  • Encourage patients and families through prayer and discipleship

  • Work alongside Kenyan doctors, nurses, and healthcare staff

  • Experience the culture and beauty of western Kenya

  • Build lifelong friendships and lasting ministry connections

Many team members arrive expecting to make a difference and leave transformed by the people they meet and the experiences they share.
